Our reports can be customized to meet the needs our your clients, agents, and lenders. If you would like a fully diverse hour over hour Radon Readout, we can send it. If your builders and contractors need are testing certifications, we have that available as well.
Escrow Agents & Closings
If your clients decide to go ahead and have our team install a radon mitigation system, we can fully organize an escrow holdback with your closing attorneys or lenders. All invoicing, documentation, and an installation report will all be provided for you.
