Mark was incredible to work with. He inspected and mitigated two large apartment complexes in the area for us. Even after the work was finished, he was quick to respond to paperwork requests for our lender compliance. I highly recommend Charlotte Radon!

Mark did an amazing job reducing our radon readings from 7 to 1!! We’re so pleased with the attention to detail, the finishing of the unit and all of it almost completely hidden. The unit runs silent too. He had quite a challenging job running ductwork and venting through a concrete wall to the exterior of our building. Btw this was a condo. He communicated professionally and promptly. He’s a true professional. Thanks Mark!!

I am extremely pleased with the job Mark did in our crawl space. From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and addressed all of our concerns. Now, we have great peace of mind knowing that our crawl space is properly treated, and we can rest easy knowing the radon levels are under control. Highly recommend this company and Mark’s excellent service!

I highly recommend Charlotte Radon experts. Professional, courteous, and much cheaper than any other company. Came on Time installed everything and then retest after completion I have done my homework with different companies, and these are the people I would recommend to anybody. It is so nice to do business with a small family owned business other than these big Giants. I had testing done with another company. The gentleman wouldn’t even show me the numbers and then gave me this outrageous price For installation of a mitigation system, which was way out of line. I called up Charlotte Radon experts. The test was just about half the price of the other test. And the gentleman explained everything to me fully and showed me what was going on, and it was a pleasure doing business.

After doing a lot of research and vetting the major radon remediation contractors around greater Charlotte, it was clear that Charlotte Radon Experts’ technology, communication, transparency, and pricing were unmatched.
During the stressful home buying process and a very short due diligence, dangerous radon levels was the last thing we wanted to encounter. Mark has been nothing short of amazing to work with from start to finish. He is honest, hard working, and thorough. He patiently explained his methods to all parties repeatedly. His experience and novel approach allowed him to deliver results that other contractors told me were impossible. He was also able to do so quickly, delivering the most esthetic/effective results with the least invasive and costly means. We will recommend CRE to everyone we know.
Thank you, Mark for making our home beyond safe for our newborn!!
